摘要
密封材料是氢气瓶阀的重要组成部分,其性能直接影响瓶阀的气密性、使用寿命和安全性。在选择密封材料时,需考虑氢气的物理性质(如分子极小、扩散性强)以及工作环境的复杂条件(如高压、低温和腐蚀性环境)。从性能需求、材料选择和优化方案3个方面详细阐述氢气瓶阀密封材料的选择。通过对比密封材料的机械性能及储氢工况下泄漏试验对比,论证了PCTFE材料更加适用于液氢阀门内密封件。通过对比氢用工况下不锈钢的低温冲击试验对比及焊缝影响区表现,对液氢瓶阀承压部件材料选用316L材料给予说明。
Sealing materials are an important part of hydrogen cylinder valves,and their performance directly affects the airtightness,service life and safety of the cylinder valve.When selecting sealing materials,it is necessary to consider the physical properties of hydrogen(such as extremely small molecules and strong diffusivity)and the complex conditions of the working environment(such as high pressure,low temperature and corrosive environment).This article elaborates on the selection of sealing materials for hydrogen cylinder valves from three aspects:performance requirements,material selection and optimization scheme.By comparing the mechanical properties of sealing materials and the leakage tests under hydrogen storage conditions,it is demonstrated that PCTFE material is more suitable for the inner sealing parts of liquid hydrogen valves.Through the comparison of low-temperature impact tests of stainless steel under hydrogen service conditions and the performance of the heat-affected zone of welds,the selection of 316L material for the pressure-bearing components of liquid hydrogen cylinder valves is justified.
