摘要
金融可信数据空间作为金融数据流通的基础设施,与智慧城市在数字经济生态系统中协同联动。在从“赛博格宣言”到“金融科技”的历史演变中,身份去中心化、技术伦理化及金融普惠化成为金融科技的核心逻辑,而随着数字经济的演进,数据要素从“可用”到“可信”的跨越转变也成为趋势。金融可信数据空间的融合发展面临着数据安全与经济效率、数据确权与利益分配、跨域流通与生态协同等挑战,从北京模式、杭州模式、伦敦模式等国内外经验来看,大都市应当推进“链内+链外”可信经济战略联动,打造“国资﹢市场”金融科技技术支点,为可信经济的长效发展提供创新支撑。
The financial trust data space,as the infrastructure for financial data circulation,collaborates with smart cities within the digital economy ecosystem.From the'Cyborg Manifesto'to the rise of'fin-tech,'the core principles of fin-tech have evolved to include identity decentralization,ethical technology,and financial inclusion.As the digital economy continues to evolve,the shift from'usable'to'trustworthy'data has become a trend.The integration and development of the financial trust data space face challenges such as data security and economic efficiency,data ownership and benefit distribution,and cross-domain circulation and ecological collaboration.Drawing on the experiences of the Beijing model,Hangzhou model,and London model,major cities should promote a'chain internal﹢chain external'trustworthy economic strategy linkage,establish a'state-owned capital﹢market'fin-tech technology support point,and provide innovative support for the sustainable development of the trustworthy economy.
