超大跨度悬索桥索夹设计及受力分析

摘要 为了解超大跨度悬索桥索夹的结构受力特性,以某超大跨度悬索桥为例,选取某一特征索夹为研究对象,建立空间有限元模型,对索夹结构各构件的受力状况、应力分布规律进行分析研究,并与现行规范公式进行对比验证。结果表明:在不利荷载作用下,该桥索夹结构各构件应力均满足规范要求,且各构件间应力传递流畅,左右半部分索夹沿壁厚环向拉应力与现行悬索桥设计规范公式计算结果较为吻合;对于左右对合型销接式索夹,吊索力对索夹和主缆间的接触压力影响较小,不会造成很大程度上的索夹脱空和螺杆卸载等问题。 In order to understand the structural stress characteristics of the cable clamp of super-span bridge,a super span suspension bridge was taken as an example,a certain characteristic cable clamp was selected as the re-search object,and a spatial finite element model was established.The stress state and stress distribution law of each component of the cable clamp structure were analyzed and studied,and compared with the current sus-pension bridge standard formula.The results showed that under the action of unfavorable load,the stress of each component of the cable clamp structure of the bridge met the requirements of the specification,and the stress transfer between the components was smooth.The circumferential tensile stress of the left and right half cable clamps along the wall thickness was in good agreement with the calculation results of the current suspen-sion bridge design specification formula.For the left-right type pin-connected cable clamp,the sling force had little effect on the contact pressure between the cable clamp and the main cable,and would not cause a large degree of cable clamp disengagement and screw unloading.
