摘要
为解决新型电力系统灵活调节能力匮乏和灵活调节需求日益增加的矛盾,急需发掘用户侧可调节资源,推动用户参与需求响应。作为推动实现需求响应的第一步,评估电力用户的响应潜力具有重要的意义。为此,依据电力用户的用电特点和负荷特性构建全面、完善的评价指标体系,通过多种单一评价模型对该指标体系进行赋权,通过模糊Borda评价模型对多种单一评价方法所得赋权结果进行改进,将改进权重运用于特征加权的模糊C均值聚类(Fuzzy-Cmeans, FCM)上以改善聚类效果。最后,对贵州省内118个电力用户进行潜力评估,确定不同用户的需求响应潜力大小,通过轮廓系数以及CH指数验证所提指标和算法的有效性。
In order to solve the contradiction between the lack of flexible regulation capacity of new power systems and the increasing demand for flexible regulation,it is urgent to explore the user-side adjustable resources and promote the user’s participation in demand response.As a first step towards achieving demand response,it is important to assess the response potential of electricity users.Therefore,a comprehensive and complete evaluation index system is constructed according to the power consumption characteristics and load characteristics of power users,and the index system is weighted by a variety of single evaluation models.Second,the fuzzy Borda evaluation model is used to improve the weighting results obtained from multiple single evaluation methods.Finally,the improved weights are applied to Fuzzy-C means clustering(FCM)with feature weighting to improve the clustering effect.The potential of 118 power users in Guizhou Province is evaluated to determine the potential of demand response of different users.The effectiveness of the proposed indexes and algorithms is verified with contour coefficient and CH index.
