The Practice of anti-terrorism causes the influence and impact on intermational law.These problems below produced by anti-terrorism deserve us to think deeply and research further, such as, whether the attack on sept.11 is a war or not, how do we define the terrorism, how does the injured comuntry employ self-defense rights, what's the UN's status in the anti-terrorism movement.
