1500 m^(3)高炉开炉快速达产实践

摘要 唐银公司新建1#高炉有效容积为1 500 m^(3),设计采用了长寿高效低耗独特炉型结构、高炉鼓风机机前富氧、BPRT、新型环保底滤法渣处理、水渣蒸汽消白脱硫、高炉煤气精脱硫、煤粉自动喷吹、炉顶均压煤气回收等一系列先进工艺和技术,通过科学进行开炉配料计算、合理安排开炉装料、严细开炉操作、综合采取行之有效的快速达产措施,实现了开炉快速达产的目标,开炉后高炉主要技术经济指标得到快速提升,开炉第4天富氧率即达4.73%,煤比达142 kg/t,高炉利用系数达3.52 t/(m^(3)·d),达到了国内同级别高炉正常生产的水平。本次开炉及达产过程中成功采用的早引煤气、早喷煤、早富氧、快降炉温、快提顶压、适当控制中心焦量的综合高效冶炼技术取得了显著的效果。 The effective volume of the newly-built No.1 blast furnace of Tangyin Company is 1500 m^(3).The design adopts a unique blast furnace structure with long life,high-efficiency and low-consumption,and a series of advanced processes and technologies includes of pre-enriched oxygen before the blast furnace blower,BPRT,new environmentally friendly bottom filtration for slag treatment,water slag steam desulfurization,precise desulfurization of blast furnace gas,automatic pulverized coal injection,and top pressure equalization gas recovery are used.Finally,based on the scientific calculation of the blowing-in charge,reasonable arrangement of the charge loading,meticulous blowing-in operation,and comprehensive adoption of effective measures for rapid reaching design capacity,the goal of rapid reaching design capacity has been achieved.After the blowing-in,the main technical and economic indicators of the blast furnace improved rapidly.On the fourth day of operation,the oxygen enrichment rate reached 4.73%,the coal ratio reached 142 kg/t,and the blast furnace utilization coefficient reached 3.52 t/(m^(3)·d)and it reached the level of normal production of domestic blast furnaces of the same class.In addition,the successful use for the comprehensive and efficient smelting technologies that include of early gas introduction,early pulverized coal injection,early oxygen enrichment,rapid temperature reduction,rapid increase in top pressure,and appropriate control of the central coke quantity during the opening and reaching production process has achieved remarkable results.
