摘要
高职院校是一个人员高度密集、管理复杂的特殊场所,对突发事件的应急管理能力要求极高。构建科学、系统、高效的应急预案体系,是提升高职院校安全管理水平、保障师生生命财产安全的关键。本文以广西S学院为研究对象,围绕突发事件类型、应急管理体系现状及存在的问题进行系统梳理,明确应急预案体系构建应遵循的基本原则与总体思路,并针对性地提出优化广西高职院校突发事件应急预案体系的策略,旨在为新时代背景下高职院校应急管理体系建设提供理论参考。
Vocational colleges are special places with dense populations and complex management,requiring high emergency management capabilities for sudden incidents.Constructing a scientific,systematic,and efficient emergency response plan system is crucial for improving the safety management level of vocational colleges and safeguarding the lives and property of teachers and students.This paper takes Guangxi S College as a case study,systematically reviewing the types of sudden incidents,the current emergency management system,and existing problems,clarifying the basic principles and overall approach for building an emergency response plan system,and proposing targeted strategies for optimizing the emergency response plan system in Guangxi vocational colleges.The aim is to provide theoretical reference for the construction of emergency management systems in vocational colleges under the new era.
