摘要
针对船用C型二氧化碳罐体积大、焊后难以通过热处理消除焊接残余应力的问题,采用液压超压试验通过液体压力产生的拉应力来释放或消除焊接应力,利用三轴应变计测量罐体各检测点不同压力值下的应变值,并计算其相应的主应力,结果显示:船用C型二氧化碳罐在超压状态下残余应力得到了有效释放,试验后残余应力满足规范要求;同时经超压试验后,罐体结构强度满足设计要求。
For the large volume of marine C⁃type carbon dioxide tanks,it is difficult to eliminate the welding residual stress through heat treatment after welding,the hydraulic overpressure test is used to release or eliminate the welding stress through the tensile stress generated by the liquid pressure,and the strain values under different pressure values at each tes⁃ting point of the tank are measured by the triaxial strain gauge and the corresponding principal stress is calculated,and the results show that:marine C⁃type carbon dioxide tanks are effectively relieved of the residual stress in overpressure state,and the residual stress meets the specification requirements after the test;at the same time,the structural strength of the tank meets the design requirements after overpressure test.
