高支模工程实时监测施工技术研究

摘要 高支模施工技术作为建筑工程中重要的施工工艺,其施工质量和安全一直是建筑行业关注的焦点。在施工过程中,高支模的支撑系统常因地基沉降、荷载变化、环境变化等因素发生变形,如未及时处理,可能会直接导致整体结构发生坍塌。因此,如何有效实时监测支撑杆件的变形情况,则至关重要。基于此,通过对监测项目进行合理分类,明确监测点的具体布置。同时,详细探讨实时监测预警系统的运作流程及预警值设定原理,并对监测预警状态进行分级处理。通过对监测结果的分析,进一步验证了实时监测施工技术的可行性。工程结果表明,科学合理的实时监测施工技术,能够有效提高高支模工程的施工质量和安全。 As an essential construction technique in building engineering,the construction quality and safety of high-formwork support systems have always been a focal point in the construction industry.During the construction process,the support systems of high-formwork are often subject to deformation due to factors such as foundation settlement,load variations,and environmental changes.If not addressed promptly,such deformations may directly lead to the collapse of the entire structure.Therefore,it is crucial to effectively monitor the deformation of support members in real time.Based on this,this paper classifies monitoring items scientifically and clarifies the specific arrangement of monitoring points.Additionally,it thoroughly explores the operational workflow of the real-time monitoring and early warning system,the principles for setting warning thresholds,and categorizes the monitoring and warning statuses.Through the analysis of monitoring results,the feasibility of real-time monitoring construction technology is further validated.Engineering results demonstrate that scientifically sound real-time monitoring construction technology can significantly enhance the construction quality and safety of high-formwork projects.
