摘要
春南安置小区建设工程西区工程体量大,深浅基坑交接位置较多,工程围护桩与深基坑地下室外墙距离过近且此情况大量存在,如在狭窄空间下按常规双侧支模施工必出现模板安拆困难、防水及肥槽回填施工质量无法保证、施工人员安全无法保证等问题。针对这些问题,现场施工时采用单侧支模代替剪力墙结构外墙双侧支模技术,利用模板背面加设钢管斜撑的方式代替止水螺杆进行加固,有效地避免了材料用量大、施工效率低、施工安全风险大等缺陷,保证了模板安装的施工质量,同时通过提升操作便捷性,极大地提高了工作效率,缩短了施工工期。实践表明此方法既保证了外墙混凝土成型质量,又减少了渗水隐患,取得了较好的经济效益。
The west part of the Chunnan Resettlement Community construction project has a large volume and many deep and shallow foundation pit crossing positions,and the distance between the project envelope pile and the basement wall of the deep foundation pit is too close and this situation exists in a large number.For example,in the narrow space construction by conventional double-sided support forms,there will be problems such as difficulties in formwork installation and disassembly,the construction quality of waterproof and fertilizer tank backfilling cannot be guaranteed,and the safety of construction personnel cannot be guaranteed.In view of these problems,unilateral support forms are used to replace the bilateral support forms on the external walls of shear wall structures during site construction,and steel pipe diagonal struts are installed on the back of the template to replace the water stop screw for reinforcement,which effectively avoids defects such as large material consumption,low construction efficiency and large construction safety risks,and ensures the construction quality of the template installation.At the same time,the operation convenience is improved.The work efficiency is greatly improved and the construction period is shortened.The practice shows that this method not only guarantees the forming quality of the external wall concrete,but also reduces the hidden danger of water seepage,and obtains better economic benefits.
