浅谈基岩屑热脱附处理产物资源化利用的工程应用实践

摘要 针对页岩气开发中油基岩屑资源化利用的难题,以川渝地区某万吨级油基岩屑资源化工程为案例,系统分析了热脱附技术处理产物循环利用的环境经济性。结果表明,处理后残渣的石油烃含量低于2%,经危废鉴定属一般工业固废,替代部分制砖原料可降低生产成本;回收油回用于钻井液调配,实现资源化闭环利用,较燃料油方案降低了碳排放。该工程为油基岩屑无害化与资源化提供了可推广范式,契合“双碳”背景下油气行业绿色转型的需求。 Focusing on the resource utilization problem of oil-based cuttings in shale gas development,takes a 10,000-ton oil-based cuttings resource utilization project in the Sichuan-Chongqing region as a case,systematically analyzing the environmental and economic benefi ts of the recycling of thermal desorption treatment products.The results show that the petroleum hydrocarbon content in the solid residue after treatment is less than 2%,and it is identifi ed as general industrial solid waste after hazardous waste assessment.Replacing part of the raw materials for brick production can reduce production costs.The recovered oil can be reused in drilling fl uid preparation,achieving a closed-loop resource utilization and reducing carbon emissions compared to the fuel oil solution.This project provides a replicable model for the harmless and resourceful utilization of oil-based cuttings,aligning with the green transformation needs of the oil and gas industry under the“dual carbon”background.
