在现代工业中,喷漆生产线的粉尘污染问题日益严重。本文研究了喷漆生产线粉尘的来源与特性,详细分析了其对作业人员的健康和周边环境的影响,深入探讨了机械式、静电式和布袋除尘等主流粉尘治理技术。本文对企业制定有效的粉尘污染控制策略、保障人员健康和环境安全具有指导意义,有助于推动企业可持续发展,实现工业与环保的和谐共存。
In modern industry,the problem of dust pollution from spray painting production lines is becoming increasingly serious.This paper studied the sources and characteristics of dust in spray painting production lines,analyzed in detail its extensive impacts on the health of operators and the surrounding environment,and deeply discussed mainstream dust control technologies such as mechanical,electrostatic and bag fi lters.This article is of guiding signifi cance for enterprises to formulate eff ective dust pollution control strategies,ensure personnel health and environmental safety,and is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of enterprises and achieving the harmonious coexistence of industry and environmental protection.
