摘要
针对回采巷道超前支护段存在的顶底板及两帮移近量过大的问题,文章以东曲矿29204工作面为研究对象,开展围岩控制技术优化。采用数值模拟方法对巷道围岩变形特征及应力场分布规律进行系统分析,在此基础上提出支护体系改进方案。采用对比模拟试验方法,重点分析不同注浆锚索布置参数下的支护效果,确定最优支护参数组合。工程实践表明,优化后的注浆锚索支护体系显著提高了巷道围岩稳定性,有效解决了原支护条件下围岩变形过大的问题。
Based on the problem of the excessive convergence between roof and floor and between two sides in advanced support section of stoping roadway,this paper takes 29204 working face in Dongqu Mine as the research object to optimize the surrounding rock control technologies.The numerical simulation method is used to systematically analyze the deformation characteristics of roadway surrounding rock and the distribution law of the stress field,and based on this,the improvement scheme for support system is put forward.The comparative simulation test method is used to analyze the support effect under different grouting anchor cable layout parameters,and the optimal support parameter combination is determined.Engineering practice shows that the optimized grouting anchor cable support system significantly improves the stability of roadway surrounding rock and effectively solves the problem of excessive deformation of surrounding rock under the original support conditions.
