摘要
公立医院作为医疗服务的主要提供者,其人力资源管理水平对医疗服务质量有着至关重要的影响。本文探讨了公立医院人力资源管理的主要内容及其与医疗服务质量之间的关系,分析了加强人力资源管理对提升医疗服务质量的重要意义,并揭示当前存在的问题及其影响,提出了针对性的改进措施。希望能够为公立医院优化人力资源管理、提升医疗服务质量提供有益的参考。
As the main providers of medical services,the human resource management level of public hospitals has a crucial impact on the quality of medical services.This paper discusses the main content of human resource management in public hospitals and the relationship between it and the quality of medical service,analyzes the significance of strengthening human resource management to improve the quality of medical service,reveals the existing problems and their effects,and puts forward targeted improvement measures.It is hoped that can provide useful reference for public hospitals to optimize human resource management and improve the quality of medical services.
