摘要
为从Sentinel-2卫星影像中提取津南区历年的建筑用地进行变化分析,提出了一种利用SAM大模型快速标注数据、U-Net算法提取建筑用地的方法。结果表明,天津市津南区整体变化明显,八里台镇建筑用地面积较大但面积占比较低;小站镇仅次于八里台镇;双港镇建筑用地面积与小站镇持平,但面积占比较高;咸水沽镇建筑用地面积处于中间水平,但面积占比较高;葛沽镇、海教园、北闸口镇水平相当;双桥河镇、辛庄镇建筑用地面积较小,但面积占比处于中间水平。该方法可扩展至任意地区,对于区域总体规划和可持续发展建设具有一定的指导意义。
In order to extract historical construction lands in Jinnan District from Sentinel-2 satellite images for change analysis,we proposed a method of using the SAM large model to quickly label data and the U-Net algorithm to extract construction land.The results show that overall changes in Jinnan District are significant.The construction land area in Balitai Town is relatively large,but the proportion of area is relatively low.Xiaozhan Town ranks second.The construction land area in Shuanggang Town is equal to Xiaozhan Town,but the proportion of area is relatively high.The construction land area in Xianshuigu Town is at a moderate level,but the proportion of area is relatively high.The construction land areas in Gegu Town,Haijiao Park,and Beizhakou Town are at a similar level.The construction land areas in Shuangqiaohe Town and Xinzhuang Town are relatively small,but the proportion of area is at a moderate level.This method can be extended to any region and has certain guiding significance for regional overall planning and sustainable development construction.
