摘要
根据椭球变换、椭球面向球面投影、横轴圆柱投影和正交变换等基本理论,详细论述了斜轴墨卡托投影新算法;并基于投影算法,采用VB语言设计了计算软件。利用该软件可进行投影正算与反算,计算长度变形系数,其正算平面直角坐标计算精度可达0.1 mm,反算大地坐标精度可达10^(-5")。通过实际工程算例验证了斜轴墨卡托投影新算法和软件的有效性与可靠性。该软件可作为斜轴墨卡投影设计与建立的重要工具加以推广与应用。
Based on basic theories such as ellipsoid transformation,projection from ellipsoid to sphere,transverse cylindrical projection,and orthogonal transformation,we introduced the basic principle and mathematical models of new algorithm of oblique Mercator projection in detail.Then,we used VB language to design the software according to new algorithm.The software can realize the forward and reverse solution of projection,the accuracy of plane coordinates for forward solution can reach 0.1 mm,and the accuracy of geodetic coordinates for inverse solution can reach 10^(-5").Finally,we verified the effectiveness and reliability of new algorithm and software for obliques Mercator projection by practical engineering examples.This software can be promoted and applied to the design and establishment of oblique Mercator projection.
