摘要
随着我国畜牧业的快速发展,饲料企业对高质量、高素质及技能型人才的渴求日益迫切。高校作为饲料行业人才培养的主阵地,面临着学生综合能力不足、企业就业竞争力欠缺的困境,导致学生在行业、企业就业中处于被动地位。校企合作与产教融合作为协同培育复合型人才的根本途径,如何在学生培养过程中得到有效体现,已成为高校和企业亟待解决的问题。本文阐述了高校实习实训与就业融合的重要性,分析了高校实习实训与就业融合的特点,以及饲料企业深度合作视角下的专业人才培养模式,探究了饲料企业深度合作视角下高校实习实训与就业融合的教学模式,培养符合企业发展需要的复合型人才。
With the rapid development of the animal husbandry in China,feed enterprises have an increasingly urgent demand for high-quality,well-educated,and skilled talents.As the main battlefield for talent cultivation in the feed industry,universities are confronted with the dilemma of students'insufficient comprehensive abilities and lack of competitiveness in the job market,which places students in a passive position when seeking employment in the industry and enterprises.As the fundamental approach to collaboratively cultivating compound talents,how to effectively embody school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration in the process of student cultivation has become an urgent issue for universities and enterprises to address.This paper elaborates on the importance of integrating internship and employment training in universities,analyzes the characteristics of this integration,as well as the talent cultivation mode from the perspective of deep cooperation with feed enterprises.It also explores the teaching mode of integrating internship,employment training,and education in universities under the perspective of deep cooperation with feed enterprises,aiming to cultivate compound talents that meet the needs of enterprise development.
