摘要
以某桥梁工程为研究背景,从桥梁纵断面和横断面设计要点、预应力钢绞线成孔设计、支座系统选择,以及基础、桥台和桥墩设计等方面分析了预应力混凝土小箱梁桥设计要点;从钻孔灌注桩施工、桥墩桥台施工、小箱梁预制、支座及预制梁安装以及预应力混凝土浇筑等方面分析了预应力混凝土小箱梁的施工要点。
Based on a bridge project,this study analyzes the key design aspects of prestressed concrete small box girders,including longitudinal and transverse section design,prestressed steel strand hole formation,support system selection,and foundation,abutment,and pier design.Additionally,it examines the key construction aspects of prestressed concrete small box girders,such as drilling and grouting pile construction,pier and abutment construction,small box girder prefabrication,support and prefabricated beam installation,and the pouring of prestressed concrete.
