摘要
介绍了海上风电母港的概念,分析了海上风电母港产业特征及影响因素,研究了国内外海上风电母港产业发展现状,探讨了国内外海上风电母港发展趋势。研究表明,国外海上风电母港建设起步早,功能成熟;国内海上风电母港建设起步晚,正由产业园模式向母港模式过渡,其集约性和综合性的特点对实现行业降本提质和多方共赢具有积极意义。
The concept of offshore wind power home ports is introduced,and the industrial characteristics and influencing factors of these home ports are analyzed.The current status of the offshore wind power home port industry both domestically and internationally is examined,and the development trends of these home ports are discussed.Studies show that the construction of offshore wind power home ports abroad started early and their functions are mature.The construction of domestic offshore wind power home ports started late and is currently transitioning from the industrial park model to the home port model.The intensive and comprehensive nature of this transition is significant for reducing costs,improving quality,and achieving mutual benefits in the industry.
