摘要
稀硝酸生产装置以铂、钯贵金属合金作为氧化炉氨氧化反应的催化剂,长期高温反应冲刷下,贵金属损耗增加.普通回收贵金属,需要更换设备、清洗颗粒,耗费较大人力、资金、时间,通过流程中加装贵金属回收过滤器,实现过滤器滤芯与铂网更换同步,有效增加贵金属回收效率.
The dilute nitric acid production plant uses platinum and palladium precious metal alloys as catalysts for the ammonia oxidation reaction in the oxidation furnace.Under long-term high-temperature reaction erosion,the loss of precious metals increases.Ordinary recycling of precious metals requires equipment replacement and particle cleaning,which consumes a lot of manpower,funds,and time.By installing precious metal recycling filters in the process,the replacement of filter cartridges and platinum mesh can be synchronized,effectively increasing the efficiency of precious metal recycling.
