摘要
目的探讨肺康复训练、营养干预联合糖皮质激素吸入干预应用在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中的临床价值。方法2024年1月至2025年1月期间筛选中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院呼吸内科90例患慢性阻塞性肺疾病的老年患者为研究对象,并进行分组,随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组均有45例,对照组患者单纯给予糖皮质激素吸入干预治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上再接受肺康复训练、营养干预联合干预。比较两组肺功能(第一秒用力呼气量、肺活量、一秒率)、营养指标(血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、总蛋白)、生活质量(选择西雅图阻塞性肺疾病问卷)。结果观察组的各项肺功能水平、各项营养指标水平、生活质量评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论肺康复训练、营养干预联合糖皮质激素吸入干预能有效改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者机体营养状况,不仅有助于肺功能恢复,还能有效提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of pulmonary rehabilitation training,nutritional intervention combined with glucocorticoid inhalation intervention in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the elderly.Methods From January 2024 to January 2025,the research subjects,90 cases of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the People’s Liberation Army of China,were screened and grouped.Then,using the random number table method,there were a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given glucocorticoid inhalation intervention treatment alone.Patients in the observation group received combined intervention of pulmonary rehabilitation training and nutritional intervention on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary functions(forced expiratory volume in one second,vital capacity,rate in one second),nutritional indicators(serum albumin,prealbumin,total protein),and quality of life(Seattle Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Questionnaire was selected)of the two groups were compared.Results All lung function levels,all nutritional index levels,and quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Lung rehabilitation training,nutritional intervention combined with glucocorticoid inhalation intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,not only contribute to the recovery of lung function,but also effectively improve the quality of life.
