摘要
目的对比丙泊酚和环泊酚对锁骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者的麻醉价值。方法选择漳浦县医院2022年2月至2024年9月锁骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者150例,按随机数字表法分为试验组(n=75)和对照组(n=75)。对照组予以丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼、顺式阿曲库铵诱导,试验组予以环泊酚联合舒芬太尼、顺式阿曲库铵诱导。对比麻醉效果、麻醉情况、血流动力学、炎症因子、不良反应发生率等水平。结果试验组麻醉总有效率高于对照组,麻醉起效时间短于对照组,镇痛持续时间长于对照组(均P<0.05)。麻醉诱导插管时、诱导插管后30 min及手术结束时,试验组平均动脉压、心率水平较高(P<0.05)。试验组术后24 h C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平及术后不良反应发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对比丙泊酚,环泊酚应用在锁骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者中,麻醉总有效率较高,减少麻醉起效时间、延长镇痛持续时间,稳定血流动力学,缓解炎症。
Objective To compare the anesthetic value of propofol and cyclopofol in patients with clavicular fracture during open reduction and internalfixation.Methods One hundred andfifty patients with clavicle fracture incision and reduction internalfixation in Zhangpu County Hospital from February 2022 to September 2024 were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=75)and the control group(n=75),according to the random number table method.The control group was induced with propofol combined with sufentanil and cisatracurium,and the experimental group was induced with cypropofol combined with sufentanil and cisatracurium.The levels of anaesthesia effect,anaesthesia,haemodynamics,inflammatory factors,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of anaesthesia in the test group was higher,the onset of anaesthesia was shorter,and the duration of analgesia was longer(all P<0.05).At the time of anaesthesia induction and intubation,30 minutes after induction and intubation,and at the end of surgery,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate levels were higher in the test group(P<0.05).At 24 hours after surgery,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin 6 and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were lower in the test group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with propofol,cyclopofol applied in patients undergoing open reduction and internalfixation of clavicle fractures has a higher total effective rate of anesthesia,reduces the onset time of anesthesia,prolongs the duration of analgesia,stabilizes hemodynamics,alleviates inflammation,and has drug safety.
