肾功能评估方法概况

摘要 肾脏作为人体不可或缺的重要器官之一,承担着过滤血液、排出废物与多余水分、调节电解质平衡以及分泌重要激素等多重复杂功能。其健康状态直接关系到人体的内环境稳定和整体健康水平。然而,肾功能损害的早期阶段往往具有隐匿性,患者可能不会出现明显的临床症状,这使得病情容易被忽视或误诊。因此,早期、准确诊断肾功能损伤显得尤为重要。通过及时的检测与评估,医生可以尽早发现肾脏功能的异常变化,为患者制定更加精准有效的诊疗方案,从而延缓病情进展,减少并发症的发生,改善患者的预后和生活质量。该研究主要对各种评价肾功能的检测方法进行综述,以期为今后临床诊断提供依据。 As one of the indispensable and important organs in the human body,the kidneys undertake multiple functions such as filtering blood,eliminating waste and excess water,regulating electrolyte balance,and secreting important hormones.Its health status is directly related to the stability of the internal environment and overall health level of the human body.However,the early stages of renal dysfunction are often insidious,and patients may not exhibit obvious clinical symptoms,which makes the condition easily overlooked or misdiagnosed.Therefore,early and accurate diagnosis of renal dysfunction is particularly important.Through timely detection and evaluation,doctors can detect abnormal changes in kidney function as early as possible,develop more accurate and effective diagnosis and treatment plans for patients,delay disease progression,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve patients'prognosis and quality of life.This article mainly reviews various detection methods for evaluating renal function.
