团体心理治疗和个别心理治疗改善广州某高校大学生心理健康状况的比较分析

摘要 目的比较分析团体心理和个别心理治疗改善广州某高校大学生心理健康状况的效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年9月80例广州某高校在心理普查中显示负性心理的大学生为研究对象,依照线性同构法将其分为团体组与个别组,每组40例。团体组接受团队心理治疗,个别组接受个别心理治疗,针对两组患者负性心理、SCL90评分进行数据对比。结果治疗后,组间患者焦虑抑郁得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组内对比存在显著差异(P<0.05)。在SCL-90评分中,团体组干预后精神病、人际关系、抑郁、敌对、恐怖等积分均较个别组低,出现躯体化、强迫症和焦虑症状积分较个别组低,组间数据对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后偏执积分无差异(P>0.05)。结论在改善高校大学生心理健康状况的过程中,团队心理治疗法和个别心理治疗法均展现出积极效果。视情况为其进行针对性干预,可显著优化学生心理环境,加强学生对自我情绪、心理、认知的重视程度,具有着较高应用价值。 Objective To compare the effects of group psychotherapy and individual psychotherapy on the mental health of college students in Guangzhou.Methods From July 2021 to September 2022,80 college students with negative psychology in a university in Guangzhou were selected as the research objects.According to the linear isomorphism method,they were divided into group group and individual group,with 40 cases in each group.The group group received group psychotherapy,and the individual group received individual psychotherapy.Then the negative psychology and SCL90 scores of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in intra-group comparison(P<0.05).In the SCL-90 score,the scores of psychosis,interpersonal relationship,depression,hostility and terror in the group group were lower than those in the individual group,and the scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety were lower than those in the individual group,and the data between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in paranoid score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion In the process of improving the mental health of college students,team psychotherapy and individual psychotherapy have good application advantages for students.Targeted intervention according to the situation can significantly optimize the psychological environment of students,strengthen the importance of students'self-emotion,psychology and cognition,and has high application value.
