摘要
目的探析儿童传染病预防控制中应用计划免疫健康教育的效果。方法抽取本院2022年1月—2023年12月需要接受计划免疫接种的儿童100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字分组原则将其分为对照组(n=50,常规护理干预)和观察组(n=50,计划免疫健康教育干预),对比两组儿童传染病发生率、儿童家属计划免疫健康教育认知度评分、儿童家属的计划免疫健康教育依从率等指标。结果观察组儿童的传染病发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组儿童家属计划免疫健康教育认知度评分明显较高(P<0.05);观察组儿童家属计划免疫健康教育依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童传染病预防控制中采取计划免疫健康教育措施进行干预能获得较为理想的效果,不但可降低传染病发生率,还可提升儿童家属健康教育认知度评分以及依从率,有着极大的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying immune health education in the prevention and control of children's infectious diseases.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,our hospital needs to accept 100 children who are planned to be immunized as research objects.According to the principles of random digital grouping,in the control group(n=50,conventional nursing intervention),observation group(n=50,plans to intervene in immune health education)distinguishment,compare indicators such as the incidence of children infectious diseases,the score of the cognitive rate of immune health education in children's families,and the planned immune health education compliance rate of children's families.Results The incidence of infectious diseases of children in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the score of the children's family members planned to be immune to health education was significantly higher(P<0.05);the observation group;the observation group The compliance of immune health education for children's family members is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention and control of children's infectious diseases,adopting planned immune health education measures for intervention can achieve the ideal results,which can not only reduce the incidence of infectious diseases,but also increase the cognitive score and compliance rate of health education for children's family members.Application value.
