摘要 临床生化检验教学在检验医学中属于主干课程,但是知识概念过于抽象、知识体系隐晦、知识内容错综复杂,让学生感到枯燥提不起兴趣。在学习过程中,部分学生对知识内容的理解差,记忆效果不佳,还有部分学生对学习生化检验产生抵触心理,严重削弱了其学习信心。因此,临床生化检验教学改革势在必行。为此,从中职院校学生学习现状出发分析临床生化检验教学改革的必要性,并提出具体的改革措施,旨在为提高中职院校学生临床生化检验学习水平提供参考依据。 Clinical biochemistry laboratory teaching is one of the main courses in laboratory medicine,but the knowledge concept is too abstract,the knowledge system is obscure,and the knowledge content is complicated,which makes students feel boring and uninterested.In the learning of the knowledge content is poor understanding,difficult to remember,and some students have a psychological resistance to learning biochemical tests,a serious blow to students'confidence in learning.Therefore,it is imperative to reform the teaching of clinical biochemical examination.Therefore,this paper analyzes the necessity of clinical biochemical examination teaching reform from the current learning situation of students in secondary vocational colleges,and puts forward specific reform measures to provide reference for enhancing the learning level of clinical biochemical examination in secondary vocational colleges.
