摘要
重症肌无力是一种由神经肌肉接头处的传递功能障碍导致的神经系统自身免疫性疾病,以骨骼肌无力为主要特点。病情轻则影响日常生活,严重者可丧失劳动能力,甚至出现肌无力危象而危及生命。由于其发病机制复杂,且病情容易反复发作,因此,重症肌无力目前仍是全球范围内的难治性疾病。随着现代医学对其机制的不断深入研究,国内外学者对重症肌无力有了更多新的治疗手段。本文就近年来中西医对重症肌无力的治疗进展做一综述。
Myasthenia gravis(MG)is an autoimmune disease of the nervous system,its pathogenesis is mainly caused by transmission dysfunction at the neuromuscular junction,which is primarily characterized by skeletal muscle weakness.The disease affects daily life lightly;seriously affected individuals can lose their ability to work,experience muscle weakness crises,and even face life-threatening situations.Due to its complex pathogenesis,tendency for frequent recurrence,MG remains a challenging disease globally.With the deepening understanding of its mechanisms in modern medicine,scholars at home and abroad have developed new treatments for MG.This article reviews recent advancements in the treatment of MG with traditional Chinese and western medicine.
