摘要
目的分析实习护生突发公共卫生事件应急救援“知信行”现况及影响因素。方法采取便利抽样法于2024年1月选取湖南省某三甲医院临床实习护生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、实习护生突发公共卫生事件应急救援知信行问卷展开调查,采用多元线性回归分析探究实习护生突发公共事件应急救援知信行水平的影响因素。结果共发放问卷365份,回收有效问卷347份,有效回收率为95.07%。347名实习护生的知识、态度、行为评分分别为(10.01±2.36)、(33.69±2.54)、(45.09±4.88)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、是否有参加培训的需求是知识的影响因素,是否有参加培训的需求是态度的影响因素,知识、态度评分是行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论临床实习护生对突发公共卫生事件应急救援的态度、行为较积极,但知识水平有待提高。医院管理者应根据实习护生的特点加强相关知识培训,进一步强化其态度,以提升临床护生健康行为素养及应对突发公共事件能力。
Objective To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of"knowledge,attitude and practice"of emergency rescue for public health emergencies among nursing students.Methods In January 2024,clinical nursing students from a tertiary hospital in Hunan province were selected as the research objects by a convenient sampling method.The general information questionnaire and the knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire of emergency rescue for public health emergencies of nursing students were used to investigate.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of the knowledge,attitude and practice level of emergency rescue for public health emergencies of nursing students.Results A total of 365 questionnaires were distributed,and 347 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 95.07%.The scores of knowledge,attitude and practice of 347 nursing students were(10.01±2.36),(33.69±2.54)and(45.09±4.88),respectively.The results of multivariate linear regression analysis showed that gender and the need for training were the influencing factors of knowledge,the need for training was the influencing factor of attitude,and the knowledge score and attitude score were the influencing factors of practice(P<0.05).Conclusion The attitude and practice of nursing students in clinical practice on emergency rescue of public health emergencies are positive,but the level of knowledge needs to be improved.Hospital managers should strengthen the training of relevant knowledge according to the characteristics of nursing students,and further strengthen their attitudes,so as to improve the health behavior literacy of clinical nursing students and their ability to cope with public emergencies.
