血栓抽吸联合尼可地尔治疗对老年PCI术中无复流的效果及对心肌微灌注的影响

The effect of thrombus aspiration combined with nicorandil treatment on no-reflow phenomenon in elderly patients undergoing pci and its impact on myocardial microperfusion

摘要 目的分析对老年经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)中无复流患者提供血栓抽吸联合尼可地尔治疗的意义。方法选取2022年1月至12月该院80例老年PCI术中无复流患者,电脑抽号法分为研究组与常规组,每组各40例,一组接受血栓抽吸联合尼可地尔治疗,一组接受尼可地尔治疗,对比两组患者的不同。结果心肌损伤情况、心功能、心脏微灌注、血流分级等指标提示,研究组患者改善效果更佳,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年PCI术中无复流患者提供血栓抽吸联合尼可地尔治疗,有利于改善患者心肌损伤情况,提升患者心功能,抑制患者心脏微灌注,提高患者的血流分级水平。 Objective To analyze the significance of thrombus aspiration combined with nicorandil treatment for elderly patients with no-reflow phenomenon during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with no-reflow phenomenon during PCI from January to December 2022 in the hospital were selected and divided into a study group and a conventional group using a computerized random number method,with 40 patients in each group.One group received thrombus aspiration combined with nicorandil treatment,while the other group received nicorandil treatment alone.The differences between the two groups were compared.Results Indicators such as myocardial injury,cardiac function,myocardial microperfusion,and blood flow grading suggested that the improvement in the study group was better.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing thrombus aspiration combined with nicorandil treatment for elderly patients with no-reflow phenomenon during PCI is beneficial for improving myocardial injury,enhancing cardiac function,inhibiting myocardial microperfusion,and increasing blood flow grading levels.
