摘要
目的探讨模块化教学模式在临床免疫学检验实习带教中应用可行性分析。方法以川北医学院检验医学院2022年7月至2024年6月在川北医学院附属医院检验科临床免疫学检验实验室实习轮转的学生60例作为研究对象,分为试验组和对照组;其中试验组采用模块化教学模式带教,对照组采用传统的“师带徒”方式带教;比较两组学生在出科考核的成绩,以及教学效果的评价情况。结果试验组学生出科考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);教学效果问卷调查发现,试验组学生在对理论知识的理解与掌握、实验方法原理的理解、理论知识与实践相结合以及检验报告解读方面高于对照组(P<0.05);且试验组学生对模块化教学模式具有较高认同度。结论临床免疫学检验实验室实习带教中应用模块化教学模式可以激发学生学习的主动性和积极性,培养学生的实践操作能力,以及应用理论知识发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。
Objective To explore the application of modular teaching pattern in practice teaching of clinical immunology laboratory.Methods A total of 60 students who interned in the clinical immunology laboratory in the department of laboratory medicine at the affiliated hospital of north sichuan medical college from July 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the subjects of this study,and were divided into an experimental group and a control group.The traditional clinical teaching method was used in the control group,while the modular teaching pattern was used in the experimental group.After the completion of clinical internship,the entrance examination and the evaluation of teaching effectiveness of the two groups of students were compared.Results The study showed that the graduation assessment results in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).A survey on teaching effectiveness found that students in the experimental group had a higher understanding and mastery of theoretical knowledge,understanding of experimental methods and principles,integration of theoretical knowledge and practice,and interpretation of test reports compared to the control group(P<0.05).And the students in the experimental group have a high degree of identification with the modular teaching mode.Conclusion The modular teaching pattern in practice teaching of clinical immunology laboratory can stimulate students'initiative and enthusiasm for learning,cultivate their practical operation ability,and apply theoretical knowledge to discover,analyze,and solve problems.
