摘要
目的分析基于信息-动机-行为模型(IMB)护理方案对经乳晕入路机器人辅助甲状腺全麻手术患者的影响。方法选择该院78例2023年6月至2024年5月经乳晕入路机器人辅助甲状腺全麻手术患者,经随机抽签法分为两组,各39例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加用基于IMB模型护理方案,比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,两组疾病管理能力评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的心理痛苦情况评分较低(P<0.05);观察组患者躁动发生率、持续时间、次数均低于对照组(P<0.05);不同组别患者声音嘶哑、呛咳等并发症发生率对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对经乳晕入路机器人辅助甲状腺全麻手术患者实施基于IMB模型护理方案,患者的疾病管理能力、心理状态得到了改善,手术安全性得到了提升,还可减少躁动发生风险,效果理想。
Objective To analyze the impact of an information motivation behavior(IMB)nursing plan on patients undergoing robot assisted thyroid general anesthesia surgery through the areola approach.Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent robot assisted thyroid general anesthesia surgery through the areola approach in the hospital from June 2023 to May 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received an IMB model-based nursing plan in addition to routine nursing care.Results The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.After nursing,there was a statistically significant difference in the scores of disease management ability between the two groups(P<0.05);After nursing,the psychological distress score of the observation group was lower(P<0.05);The incidence,duration,and frequency of agitation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There were statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications such as hoarseness and coughing among different groups of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of an IMB based nursing plan for patients undergoing thyroid general anesthesia surgery assisted by a robot through the areola approach has improved their disease management ability and psychological state,enhanced surgical safety,and reduced the risk of agitation,with ideal results.
