摘要
本文针对某低温冷库项目中风冷式冷凝压缩机组在冬季无法正常启动的问题进行了系统分析。该项目位于我国北方严寒地区,在冬季环境温度较低的条件下,制冷机组在停机一段时间后常出现冷凝压力过低、油压差不足及低油位等故障报警,导致设备无法顺利启动。本文通过对制冷系统和机组内部构造的深入研究,全面剖析了问题产生的根本原因。对制冷机组内部结构进行了局部优化改造,有效消除了启动故障。
This paper presents a systematic analysis of the issue where air-cooled condensing compressor units in a low-temperature cold storage project fail to start properly during winter.The project is located in a severely cold region in northern China.Under low ambient temperature conditions in winter,the refrigeration units often experience startup failures after being shut down for a period of time,accompanied by fault alarms such as low condensing pressure,insufficient oil pressure differential,and low oil level.Through in-depth research on the refrigeration system and the internal structure of the unit,this paper thoroughly analyzes the root causes of the problem.By implementing localized structural optimizations within the refrigeration unit,the startup failures were effectively eliminated.
