摘要
食品安全直接关系公众身体健康。为确保食品质量安全,食品检验检测机构需发挥自身职能,不断增强检验的准确性和可靠性,以减少食品安全风险。基于此,本文分析食品安全检验检测质量管理的重要性,重点探讨食品安全检验检测质量管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的提升食品安全检测检测质量管理水平的优化对策,以期为监测机构提供参考借鉴,加快食品检验工作持续健康发展。
Food safety is directly related to the public’s health.To ensure food quality and safety,food inspection and testing institutions need to perform their own functions,continuously enhance the accuracy and reliability of inspection,and thereby reduce food safety risks.Based on this,this paper analyzes the importance of quality management in food safety inspection and testing,focuses on discussing the problems existing in the quality management of food safety inspection and testing,and proposes corresponding optimization countermeasures to improve the quality management level of food safety inspection and testing,with the expectation of providing reference for monitoring institutions and accelerating the sustained and healthy development of food inspection work.
