摘要
目的分析案例教学法联合以问题为导向的教学模式(problem-based learning,PBL)在肝胆胰外科临床带教中应用的效果。方法选取2021年9月—2024年7月长春市中心医院肝胆胰外科的50名见习医生,2021年9月—2023年1月25名见习医生实施常规教学模式,作为常规组。2023年2月—2024年7月25名见习医生实施案例教学法联合PBL教学,作为研究组。对比见习医生的考核成绩、专业能力、对教学模式的满意情况。结果研究组各项考核成绩均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组见习医生专业能力总分为(93.58±1.35)分、对教学模式的满意度总分为(93.58±1.39)分,均高于常规组的(90.23±1.26)分、(90.13±1.24)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.071,9.261;P均<0.05)。结论在肝胆胰外科临床带教中,将案例教学法与PBL教学模式联合应用能提高见习医生对专业知识和技能的印象,提高其专业能力,且该教学模式能获取见习医生较高的满意度评价。
Objective To analyze the application effect of case-based learning combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery.Methods A total of fifty trainee doctors in the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery of Changchun Central Hospital from September 2021 to July 2024 were selected as the research objects,and twenty-five trainee doctors from September 2021 to January 2023 received conventional teaching mode as the conventional group.From February 2023 to July 2024,twenty-five clerkship doctors who implemented case-based learning combined with PBL teaching method were selected as the study group.The assessment results,professional ability,and satisfaction with the teaching model were compared.Results The examination scores of each item in the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total scores of professional ability and satisfaction with teaching model in the study group were 93.58±1.35 and 93.58±1.39,which were higher than 90.23±1.26 and 90.13±1.24 in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.071,9.261;both P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery,the combined application of case teaching method and PBL teaching model can improve the impression of medical students on professional knowledge and skills and improve their professional ability,and the teaching model can obtain a high satisfaction evaluation of medical students.
