精益管理模式在医院医疗服务质量管理中的应用

摘要 目的分析精益管理模式在医院医疗服务质量管理中应用的效果。方法选取2022年6月—2024年6月北京中西医结合医院的862名医护人员作为研究对象,常规组(2022年6月—2023年6月)实施常规管理,研究组(2023年7月—2024年6月)实施精益管理,均为同一批医护人员。比较两组医疗服务质量、医务人员专业能力、对管理模式满意情况。结果研究组医疗服务质量总分(92.55±1.24)分高于常规组(91.45±1.24)分,差异有统计学意义(t=18.417,P<0.001)。相较于常规组,研究组专业能力评分与管理模式满意度评分均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论精精益管理模式应用于医院医疗服务质量管理,可提升医务人员专业能力与服务质量,且满意度较高。 Objective To analyze the effect of the application of lean management mode in the quality management of medical services in hospitals.Methods A total of 862 medical staff who worked at Beijing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The conventional group(June 2022 to June 2023)implemented conventional management,while the research group(July 2023 to June 2024)adopted lean management,with both groups consisting of the same batch of medical staff.Compare the scores of medical service quality,professional ability of medical staff and satisfaction with the management mode in the two groups.Results The total score of medical service quality in the research group was 92.55±1.24,higher than 91.45±1.24 in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.417,P<0.001).Compared with the conventional group,the scores of professional competence and satisfaction with the management mode in the research group were both higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lean management mode in the quality management of hospital medical services can improve the professional competence and service quality of medical staff,with high satisfaction.
