摘要
本文建立了一种超高效液相色谱串联质谱仪测定莓茶中安赛蜜、甜蜜素、阿力甜的检测方法。莓茶样品经纯水涡旋超声提取后,加沉淀剂沉淀离心。以5 mmol·L-1乙酸铵水-0.1%甲酸甲醇为流动相,采用梯度洗脱方式,Atlantis T3色谱柱分离,外标法定量,多反应监测负离子模式扫描。结果表明,3种甜味剂在各自线性范围内有良好的线性关系(R2>0.999),定量限为0.003~0.007 mg·kg^(-1)。3个水平下的加标回收率在83.02%~99.52%,相对标准偏差≤8.02%,符合检测需求。该检测方法前处理简单、重现性好、灵敏度高、绿色环保,可用于莓茶中安赛蜜、甜蜜素和阿力甜的检测和日常监测。
In this paper,an ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer was established for the determination of acesulfame potassium,cyclamate and alitame in Ampelopsis grossedentata tea.The Ampelopsis grossedentata tea samples were extracted by pure water vortex ultrasonication,and then centrifuged with precipitant precipitation.With 5 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate water-0.1%forme methanol was used as mobile phase,gradient elution was used,Atlantis T3 column separation,external standard quantification,and multi-reaction monitoring negative ion mode scanning.The results showed that the three sweeteners had a good linear relationship within their respective linear ranges(R2>0.999),and the limit of quantification was 0.003 mg·kg^(-1) to 0.007 mg·kg^(-1).The recovery rate of spike under the three levels was 83.02%to 99.52%,and the relative standard deviation was less than or equal to 8.02%,which met the detection requirements.This detection method is simple,reproducible,sensitive,and environmentally friendly,and can be used for the detection and daily monitoring of acesulfame potassium,cyclamate and alitame in Ampelopsis grossedentata tea.
