摘要
本研究采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定葡萄酒木塞中9种污染物。结果表明,方法的相关系数均≥0.9988,检出限为1 ng·mL^(-1),定量限为3 ng·mL^(-1),平均回收率在63.7%~117.2%,相对标准偏差在2.0%~16.1%。
In this study,9 kinds of pollutants in wine cork were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the correlation coefficients were≥0.9988,the limit of detection was 1 ng·mL^(-1),the limit of quantification was 3 ng·mL^(-1),the average recovery was 63.7%to 117.2%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.0%to 16.1%.
