Fe^(0)类Fenton法处理火电厂脱硫废水性能研究

Study on the Performance of Treating Desulfurization Wastewater from Thermal Power Plants Using Fe^(0) Fenton Process

摘要 提出将Fe^(0)类Fenton试剂体系与化学沉淀法相结合,用于燃煤电厂脱硫废水的深度处理,以化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)作为脱硫废水中有机物的评价标准;同时,研究了反应时间、H_(2)O_(2)用量、Fe^(0)用量、pH值和反应温度的影响。结果表明,当Fe^(0)类Fenton试剂系统运行时间为1 h、H_(2)O_(2)投加量为33.3 mg/L、Fe的用量为0.075 g/L、pH值为4.5~6.5、反应温度为35°C时,废水的COD浓度最低,其操作条件最好,最终推导出内反应机理。综上所述,Fe^(0)类Fenton试剂系统为燃煤电厂脱硫废水的处理提供了新思路。 It proposes to combine the Fe^(0) Fenton reagent system with the chemical precipitation method for the deep treatment of desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants,and the chemical oxygen demand(COD)was used as the evaluation standard for organic matter in the desulfurization wastewater.The effects of reaction time,H_(2)O_(2) dosage,Fe^(0) dosage,pH value,and reaction temperature were also investigated.The results showed that when the operating time of the Fe^(0) Fenton reagent system was 1 hour,the H_(2)O_(2) dosage was 33.3 mg/L,the Fe dosage was 0.075 g/L,the pH value was 4.5~6.5,the reaction temperature was 35℃,and the COD concentration of the wastewater was the lowest and its operating conditions were the best,and the internal reaction mechanism was finally derived.In summary,the Fe^(0) Fenton reagent system provides a new idea for the treatment of desulfurization wastewater in coal-fired power plants.
