超耐候钛白粉在外墙乳胶漆中的应用

摘要 对比了几种不同表面处理的钛白粉在乳胶漆中的耐候性,确定了使用超耐候钛白粉制备的PVC浓度为40%的乳胶漆,经1000 h氙灯老化后不仅耐候性优异,同时具有高L*值和强遮盖力,并且其耐水性、耐碱性、耐洗刷性和耐人工气候老化性都可达到国标外墙面漆优等品水平。超耐候钛白粉可被广泛使用于高端外墙乳胶漆中。 The weather resistance of several types of titanium dioxide with different surfaces in latex paint was compared,and it was determined that the PVC latex paint with 40%concentration prepared with super weather resistant titanium dioxide had not only excellent weather resistance after 1000 h xenon lamp aging,but also high L*value and strong hiding power.Its water resistance,alkali resistance,wash resistance and artificial climate aging resistance all reach the level of national standard highquality exterior wall topcoat products.Super weather resistant titanium dioxide can be widely used in high-end exterior wall latex paint.
