摘要
免疫逃逸是引发肿瘤转移和复发的关键因素,目前免疫治疗逐渐成为癌症治疗的新途径并在临床治疗中效果显著。天然产物是药物开发的重要来源,在癌症免疫治疗中显示出多种生物活性和巨大潜力。大量研究发现天然产物在多种癌症类型中可以通过直接调控固有免疫细胞和适应性免疫细胞,或通过调节相关细胞因子和信号通路等多种方式间接调控免疫细胞活性,以重塑肿瘤微环境,增强免疫系统的免疫监视能力,进而抑制肿瘤免疫逃逸过程。此综述天然产物通过调控免疫细胞参与肿瘤免疫逃逸的作用机制,以期为研发肿瘤免疫治疗新策略提供用药指导和思路。
Immune escape is a key factor leading to tumor metastasis and recurrence.At ly become a new way of cancer treatment and has achieved remarkable results in clinical treatment.Natural products are an impor-tant source of drug development,showing a variety of biological activities and great potential in cancer immunotherapy.A large number of studies have found that natural products can indirectly regulate the activity of immune cells in a variety of cancer types by directly regulating innate immune cells and adaptive immune cells,or by regulating related cytokines and signaling pathways,so as to reshape the tumor microenvironment,enhance the immune surveillance ability of the immune system,and then inhibit the tumor immune escape process.Therefore,the mechanism of natural products participating in tumor immune escape by regulating immune cells is reviewed in order to provide medication guidance and ideas for the development of new strategies for tumor immunotherapy.
