影院智能管理系统设计与技术应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 当前影院运营管理过程中存在诸多问题,包括人工成本和能耗成本较高、影片排片不合理影响票房收益、设备状态监控不及时导致设备故障或造成安全隐患等。为帮助影院实现自动化排片、设备实时监控、影厅环境智能调控及能耗优化等功能,本文研究、开发并搭建了基于影院管理系统(TMS)的智能管理系统,通过引入现代自动化技术、传感器网络、实时数据分析及人工智能(AI)算法,实现对影院的智能化管理,以期显著提升影院运营效率,降低运营成本,提升用户观影体验。本文梳理了该系统的核心功能及技术原理,探讨其在影院运营中的应用场景,分析类似技术未来的发展方向。该系统在某影院开展了为期一年的试用,使该影院票房占院线总票房的比例明显提升,并成功帮助该影院节省了部分人力成本和能耗成本。 Numerous challenges exist in the current cinema operation management,involving high costs in labor and en-ergy,inefficient film scheduling that negatively impacts box office revenue,and delayed equipment monitoring leading to malfunctions or potential safety hazards.To address these issues and enable automated film scheduling,real-time equip-ment monitoring,intelligent adjustment of theater environment,and energy consumption optimization,this paper re-searches,develops,and implements an intelligent management system based on theater management system(TMS).By incorporating modern automation technologies,sensor networks,real-time data analysis,and artificial intelligence(AI)algo-rithms,the system achieves intelligent cinema management,significantly improving operational efficiency,reducing costs,and enhancing the audience viewing experience.This paper outlines the core functionalities and technical principles of the system,explores its application scenarios in cinema operations,and analyzes future development directions for similar technologies.The system was launched for pilot in a chain-owned cinema for one year,resulting in a noticeable increase in the cinema's share of the total box office revenue within its brand,as well as successful conservation on labor and energy costs.
