摘要
高校“精准思政”侧重在“精准”二字,是指在人工智能等新技术与“精准思维”的高度融合下,实现育人手段、育人方式、育人资源精准化的教育实践活动。从基本模式看,人工智能通过数据挖掘技术、内容定制技术、虚拟仿真技术、多维监测技术,描摹精准“思政画像”、打造专属“思政空间”、营造沉浸“思政体验”、持续保障“思政改进”,为“精准思政”的出场提供了技术支撑。从应用现状看,人工智能的技术逻辑使其在赋能“精准思政”过程中产生局限与碰撞,主要表现为结构化技术难以综括主观化思想、既往性技术难以反映发展性面貌、普适化技术难以匹配鲜活化需求、无边界性技术难以承担各范畴责任。为此,应提高“思政+”素养,培养人机融合思维;完善“多极化”平台,打造资源汇集高地;创新“多维度”话语,重塑技术表达模式;出台“全流程”制度,形成闭环实施机制。进一步优化人工智能赋能“精准思政”的实施图景,凸显思想政治教育趋向于“精准”的现实需要与价值体认。
The“Precise Ideological and Political Education”in colleges and universities focuses on the word“precision”.It refers to educational practice activities that achieve the precision of educational means,methods,and resources under the high integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and the“precise thinking”.From the perspective of the basic model,artificial intelligence,through data mining technology,content customization technology,virtual simulation technology,and multi-dimensional monitoring technology,depicts a precise“ideological and political portrait”,creates an exclusive“ideological and political space”,provides an immersive“ideological and political experience”,and continuously ensures the“improvement of ideological and political education”,providing technical support for the implementation of“Precise Ideological and Political Education”.In terms of the current application situation,the technical logic of artificial intelligence leads to limitations and collisions in the process of empowering“Precise Ideological and Political Education”.It is mainly manifested in the fact that structured technology is difficult to comprehensively cover subjective thoughts,past-oriented technology is difficult to reflect the developmental features,universal technology is difficult to match the vivid needs,and borderless technology is difficult to assume the responsibilities in various categories.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the“ideological and political+”literacy and cultivate the thinking of human-machine integration;improve the“multipolarized”platform and create a highland for resource aggregation;innovate the“multidimensional”discourse and reshape the technical expression model;introduce the“full-process”system and form a closed-loop implementation mechanism,so as to further optimize the implementation scenario of artificial intelligence empowering“Precise Ideological and Political Education”,and highlight the practical needs and value recognition of ideological and political education towards“precision”.
