摘要
复方青蒿素疗法以中国传统医药为灵感源泉,借助现代制药技术,成功实现了抗疟药物的创新性突破。它的国际化认证与推广对防控全球疟疾,构建人类卫生健康共同体具有重要的推动作用。尽管复方青蒿素对治疗疟疾有明确疗效,但是它进入国际市场参与国际抗疟并非一路坦途。复方青蒿素的国际化经历了利用“转译”推动复方蒿甲醚的国际认证、征募行动者加快青蒿素类抗疟药的自主研发、践行正确义利观扩展青蒿素抗疟的这三个阶段。这一过程不仅让中国自主研发的复方青蒿素转变成一种国际认可的抗疟药,而且为我国新药进入国际市场提供了具有实践指导意义的启示。
The development of artemisinin-based combination therapies(ACTs)was inspired by traditional Chinese medicine and developed through modern pharmaceutical technologies to achieve innovative breakthroughs in antimalarial drug development.Its international certification and promotion played an important role in malaria prevention and control,building a global community of health for all.Despite its proven efficacy in malaria treatment,its entry into the international market and participation in anti-malaria aid was not a smooth path.The internationalization of ACTs has undergone three stages:using"translation"to promote international certification of Coartem,recruiting actors to accelerate the independent research and development of antimalarial drugs,and practicing greater good and shared interests to expand the global presence of artemisinin therapies.The process not only transformed ACTs from a domestically developed drug into an internationally recognized antimalarial drug,but also provided valuable enlightenment for the global entry of other new drugs developed in China.
