不同处理方式对君子兰种子萌发的影响

Effects of different treatments on seed germination of Clivia miniata

摘要 为提高君子兰种子萌发效率,解决种子自然萌发率低、育苗周期长等生产难题,以君子兰种子为试材,采用热激、浓硫酸和赤霉素处理种子,结果表明:50℃热激处理的种子萌发指标最优,发芽率、发芽势分别为92%、73.33%;浓硫酸处理10 min的发芽率和发芽势最优,分别为88.67%和69.33%;200 mg·L^(-1)赤霉素处理的发芽率和发芽势均显著提升,分别高达91.00%和65.03%。由此可见,3种处理方式均可以提高君子兰种子的萌发率,其中50℃热激处理君子兰种子的萌发效果最佳,可以在生产中推广。 To improve the germination efficiency of Clivia miniata seeds and solve the production problems such as low natural germination rate and long germination period,Clivia miniata seeds were treated with heat shock,concentrated sulfuric acid and gibberellin.The results showed that the germination index of the 50℃heat shock treatment group was the best,with a germination rate and germination potential of 92%and 73.33%,respectively.The germination rate and germination potential of the concentrated sulfuric acid treatment for 10 min were the best,reaching 88.67%and 69.33%,respectively.The germination rate and germination potential of the 200 mg·L^(-1) gibberellin treatment were sig‐nificantly improved,reaching 91.00%and 65.03%,respectively.It can be seen that all three treatments can increase the germination rate of Clivia miniata seeds,among which the 50℃heat shock treatment has the best germination effect and can be promoted in production.
