新疆杨墙骨柱-旋切板覆面材料钉连接单剪试验

Single shearing tests on nailed Xinjiang poplar plywood-to-timber connections

摘要 轻型木结构是高烈度区减轻震害的有效建筑结构形式,钉连接节点是轻型木结构剪力墙的关键节点。采用新疆杨加工轻型木结构剪力墙的墙骨柱及覆面板,制作4组钉连接节点并进行单剪试验。结果表明,采用圆钉连接的试件抗剪承载力优于自攻螺丝连接的节点试件。节点抗剪承载力横纹受力时优于顺纹受力,横纹比顺纹高约10.8%。节点顺纹受力时的破坏位移大于横纹受力,自攻螺丝组破坏位移小于圆钉组,自攻螺丝组破坏模式属于脆性破坏;钉连接节点宜采用圆钉进行连接。 Light wood frame construction is an effective structural type for mitigating seismic damage in regions susceptible to high-intensity earthquakes,and nailed connections are essential for the stability of shear walls in wood structure.In this study,Xinjiang poplar was used to construct studs and structural panels employing the Laminated veneer lumber(LVL)method.Four different types of connections using nails and self-tapping screws were tested under single shearing.The results showed that the shear capacity of nailed connections was superior to screwed connections.Additionally,the shear capacity of the connections was 10.8%higher when loaded was applied perpendicular to the grain rather than parallel.Conversely,the failure displacement showed the opposite trend.Due to its brittle failure mode,relatively nails are suitable for connections.
