基于振动分析的热电给水泵稳定性优化设计

摘要 泵系统在工业生产中具有重要作用,其振动问题严重影响运行效率与设备寿命。以某热电公司给水泵系统改造为例,分析振动问题成因,提出去除一级叶轮的优化设计方案,以期降低扬程过高引发的振动,有效提升系统性能。优化设计后,泵的振动加速度降低25%以上,运行功率减少97.4 kW,节能效益显著,运行稳定性明显提高,验证了改造方案的可行性与效果。 The pump system is crucial in industrial production.The vibration problem of the pump system seriously affects the operational efficiency and equipment lifespan.Taking the pump system renovation of a particular thermal power company as a case study,this paper analysed the causes of the vibration problem.It proposed an optimised renovation scheme by removing the firststage impeller,significantly reducing the vibration caused by excessive head and improving the system’s performance.After the renovation,the vibration acceleration of the pump was decreased by more than 25%,the operating power was reduced by 97.4 kW,the energy-saving effect was remarkable,and the operational stability was significantly improved.The feasibility and effectiveness of the renovation scheme were verified.
