摘要
以苏打盐碱土为试材,采用田间试验方法,设置空白对照(CK)、常规单施化肥(F)、化肥减量配施腐植酸(FA)、化肥减量配施生物炭(FB)、化肥减量同时配施腐植酸和生物炭(FAB)5个处理,研究了化肥减量配施腐植酸和生物炭对苏打盐碱土盐分特征的影响,以期为苏打盐碱土盐分调控与管理提供参考依据。结果表明:与F处理相比,FA、FB和FAB处理土壤水溶性盐总量、电导率、Na^(+)和Ca^(2+)含量均显著降低,K^(+)和Mg^(2+)含量显著升高,CO_(3)^(2-)、HCO3-、Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)含量变化不显著(P<0.05)。与CK相比,FA、FB和FAB处理均显著降低了土壤Na^(+)、CO_(3)^(2-)和HCO3-含量,提高了K^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Cl^(-)和SO_(4)^(2-)含量,其中FAB处理对土壤盐分离子含量的增减作用更强(P<0.05)。苏打盐碱土水溶性盐总量与电导率呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.997,回归方程为y=0.0040x-0.1005(R^(2)=0.9936,P<0.01),拟合优度较好,利用该拟合方程可间接估算出水溶性盐总量。因此,可以通过化肥减量配施腐植酸和生物炭改善土壤盐分特征,优化土壤质量,实现苏打盐碱土更为有效的利用。
Taking soda saline-alkali soil as the test material,a field experiment was carried out by setting up five treatments including a blank control(CK),conventional single application of chemical fertilizer(F),chemical fertilizer reduction combined with humic acid(FA),chemical fertilizer reduction combined with biochar(FB),and chemical fertilizer reduction combined with both humic acid and biochar(FAB).The effects of chemical fertilizer reduction combined with humic acid and biochar on salt characteristics of soda saline-alkali soil were explored,in order to provide reference for the salt regulation and management of such soil.The results showed that compared with the F,the total water-soluble salt,electrical conductivity,Na^(+)and Ca^(2+)content were significantly reduced,K+and Mg^(2+)content were significantly increased,and the changes of CO_(3)^(2-),HCO-3,Cl^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-)content were not significant in the FA,FB and FAB(P<0.05).Compared with CK,the FA,FB and FAB significantly decreased the contents of Na^(+),CO_(3)^(2-)and HCO-3,and increased the contents of K+,Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),Cl^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-),and the FAB had a stronger effect on the increase and decrease of soil salt ion content(P<0.05).The total water-soluble salt of soda saline-alkali soil showed highly significant positive correlation with electrical conductivity with a correlation coefficient of 0.997,and the regression equation was y=0.0040 x-0.1005(R^(2)=0.9936,P<0.01),which had a good goodness of fit.The total water-soluble salt could be indirectly estimated using this fitting equation.Therefore,soil salt characteristics can be improved and soil quality optimized through chemical fertilizer reduction combined with humic acid and biochar,so as to realize more effective utilization of soda saline-alkali soil.
