摘要
随着社会工作督导进入专业化发展的关键时期,如何保障社会工作的高品质服务受到高度关注。因此,需明确社会工作督导的本质意涵和构成要素,确保在本土化过程中督导功能的有效发挥。社会工作督导的本质是以问题的解决及服务对象成长为目标、以建立督导积极协作关系为基础、以为督导对象提供多元功能为重点,通过一般步骤的进行、专业关系的建立以及角色功能的发展,实现有效督导。然而在实务过程中,督导会面临行政化、官僚化、形式化的挑战,亟待对督导工作、督导关系以及督导实践进行重塑,以确保社会工作督导工作的科学化和高效化,为社会工作事业的高质量发展注入新动力。
As social work supervision enters a critical period of professional development,how to ensure the high quality of social work services receives significant attention.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the essential meaning and constituent elements of social work supervision to ensure the effective performance of supervision function in the process of localization.The essence of social work supervision is to solve problems and promote the growth of client,establish a positive collaborative relationship with the supervisor,and provide multiple functions for the supervision users.By the implementation of general steps,the establishment of professional relationships,and the development of role functions,the effective supervision is achieved.However,in practice,supervision will face the challenges of administration,bureaucrats and formalization.It is necessary to reshape the supervision work,relationship and practice in order to ensure the scientific and efficient supervision of social work,and inject new impetus into the high-quality development of social work.
