摘要
伏邪致病,待时而发,缠绵难愈。徐陆周教授认为伏邪与自身免疫性胃炎发生、发展及转归联系密切,提出先天禀赋不足,邪伏肾虚是自身免疫性胃炎的主要病因,脾虚伏邪内生是其发病及病情进展的关键因素。强调治疗时应从发病之初即固护脾肾,以“清化”法作为基本治法,注重活血化瘀法延缓病情进展以防变,同时将现代胃镜检查、病理学及血清学等手段与中医病机演变辨证相结合,进行分期论治,以期精准有效地诊治自身免疫性胃炎。
Latent evil causes disease,waiting for the time to attack,lingering and hard to cure.Professor XU Luzhou believes that latent evil is closely related to the occurrence,development and outcome of autoimmune gastritis,and proposes that innate endowment insufficiency,latent evil and kidney deficiency are the main etiology of autoimmune gastritis,and spleen deficiency with endogenous latent evil is the key factor of its onset and progression.He emphasizes that the treatment should protect spleen and kidney from the beginning of the disease,using the"clearing and resolving"method as the basic treatment,focusing on promoting blood circulation and removing stasis to slow down the progression of the disease in order to prevent it from changing,and at the same time,the treatment should combine the modern means of gastroscopy,pathology and serology with the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis evolution and discrimination,and carry out a staged treatment,so as to accurately and efficiently diagnose and treat the autoimmune gastritis.
