摘要
目的探究基于约束评分量表的针对性约束干预在重症监护室(ICU)重症患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将盐城市第一人民医院自2021年10月至2023年10月收治的134例ICU患者分为观察组和对照组,各67例。对照组接受常规约束干预,在此基础上,观察组接受基于约束评分量表的针对性约束干预,比较2组的干预效果。结果观察组的约束时间短于对照组,约束率、非计划拔管率和约束并发症总发生率均低于对照组,出ICU时的护理满意度评分高于对照组(P均<0.05)。出ICU时,观察组的护士约束知信行水平评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05),且2组均高于干预前(P均<0.05)。结论基于约束评分量表的针对性约束干预能改善ICU重症患者的约束情况,降低约束并发症发生率,提高护士的约束知信行水平及患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted restraint interventions based on a restraint rating scale in critically ill ICU patients.Methods A total of 134 ICU patients admitted to Yancheng NO.1 People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 67 patients in each group.The control group received routine restraint interventions,while the observation group received additional targeted restraint interventions based on a restraint rating scale.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results The restraint time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The restraint rate,the unplanned extubation rate,and the total incidence of complications of restraints in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group.The nursing satisfaction score at the time of ICU discharge was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the time of ICU discharge,the nurses in the observation group had higher scores for knowledge,attitude and practice levels towards restraints in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),and both groups had higher levels than pre-intervention levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted restraint interventions based on restraint rating scales can improve the restraint situation of critically ill ICU patients,reduce the incidence of complications of restraints,enhance nursesknowledge,attitude and practice levels towards restraints,and improve patientsnursing satisfaction.
